• Non-refundable deposit is required to book & will go towards your total price. • 48 hour notice is required to reschedule. If cancelled after the 48hr time frame deposit will be forfeited + cancellation fee (50% of the total service) and a new deposit will be needed in order to rebook. • No-show appointments will forfeit their deposit & need to pay 50% of the total service price originally booked for in order to rebook. • 15 min grace period anything after that will be charged a $35 late fee up to 20min.
